I have been trying my hand at making Korean food lately. Here’s what I’ve mastered so far.

This delightful feast is bulgogi (불고기), doenjang jigae (된장찌개) and kongnamul muchim (컹나물무침).

This one was kimchi bokkeumbap (김치볶음밥) and some miso mushroom zucchini and onion soup (I made it up and have no recipe, sorry).

This was a full-on comfort food dinner: hobakjeon (호박전), ttoekbokki (떡볶이), and kimbap (김밥). Kimbap can basically have anything rolled in it. I made mine with ham and some veggies.
Will try to take more pictures in the future. I linked to all the recipes I used. They won’t be exactly what I made. I’m a bit of a free spirit when it comes to cooking and measuring. This way I never truly make the same dish twice. I love it but it frustrates my mom when she tried to spy over my shoulder.
